We often set resolutions because we think when we accomplish them we will feel a certain way.
I’ll be happy when I’m thin
Once I get that job I’ll feel fulfilled
I’ll feel loved when I have a partner
And then you stop doing the thing for a few days and start beating yourself up about it and then give up altogether. Or, you reach your goal and you still don’t feel the way you want to feel, so you set another, harder, goal and burn yourself out in the process.

This retreat is for female-identifying people who want time, space, and tools to actively design the lives of their dreams and then create an action plan to get there.
