Surf into Yoga

Without a doubt yoga is one of the best exercises for both the body and the mind.  It centers you, focuses your breathing, gives you balance and strength, and can prevent common injuries.  Now, acclaimed surfer Rochelle Ballard brings you yoga by surfers for surfers.

Rochelle has produced her own introductory yoga DVD, Surf into Yoga, and it will be arriving in stores June 1, 2009.  The DVD includes yoga sequences (for beginner to intermediate levels) by Rochelle Ballard, Chanelle Sladics, and Hoku Gordines, and an introduction and surf section by Rochelle.  The DVD was shot on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu and includes music from Jack Johnson, John Swift, Donavon Frankenreiter, and Kai Walsh.

it is easy to learn Yoga although it seems difficult at first try. I practice Yoga mainly for relaxation and for improving my blood circulation.
